60 days notice on layoffs, flexible work options (work 7-3pm if you want), WFH options, everybody is just really nice

Cons

Varies by team, but project management can get sketchy. Team has been low on work for 6 months now and for some reason they're hiring more people on to the team. Pay tends to be slightly below industry average. 401k match could be better (4%)
