      Pros

      The organization is truly wonderful to work for, and the mission is clear. It is somewhere you can be proud to have on your resume.

      Cons

      There is a bit of misalignment within teams, and it can be hard to create connections within the organization. The work is meaningful, but can be thankless and overwhelming at times. Internal growth is often said to be a strength of the organization, but does not happen often. Internals often get overlooked for external talent.

      Amazing team members and management. Lot’s of opportunities to grow and learn within research and admin.

      The pay and benefits aren’t great, but doable for someone straight out of college.
