From day one, the company has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, offering all the tools and resources needed to succeed in my role. The leadership team is fantastic—approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in the professional growth of their employees. Pros

Everyone here is very kind and generous. We celebrate everyone's birthday by decorating their desks and a cake at the end of the shift. We are one big family and nobody gets left out. Everyone comes to work and knows exactly what they need to do in order to reach our goals and when co-workers need help supervisors step in and help out also and/or comes up with a plan to where we can reach the expectations of the clients. Very professional but also very comfortable. I am glad that I started working here because I have met amazing people. The owners of the company are extremely nice and often walk around the building with friendly conversations. At times where the workload becomes hectic they offer us overtime. This company is very flexible to your needs and scheduling, with family issues, or even if you have kids. I really love how this company starts events such as Paint Night where after work a bunch of get together in the building and learn to paint pictures. They also set up a volleyball net on the side of the building so that during lunch on Fridays, if you and your co-workers wanted to play you can do so. My team and I are currently the champions, as I am the MVP and no-one can seem to take that title from me. During the holidays we are always doing something special for each other whether its department or company wise. I'm glad that I am still here with my family and plan on being here for a while.

Cons

I don't have many things to say here but I guess one thing would be the lack of yearly employee reviews but I am sure if you personally asked it wouldn't be a problem.

Pros

This is a comfortable job. They're willing to work with your schedule and understand that life happens, meaning we can't always be here 9-5. They're fair with using personal time and vacation time. There's always someone to talk to if there's an issue, whether it be work related or personal. Work is also very consistent. Owner of the company is extremely generous

Cons

The thermostat is never set quite right, but that's not really a reflection of the business
