I have always been so proud to be a Nationwider Loved that various roles I have gotten to play within IT Love the Diversity Inclusion Love sister hood around Women in IT
Cons
Silos across IT causes with conflicting priorities Senior leaders are becoming micro managers and no longer trust their teams Non-technical leaders have been promoted into BSA & Director level roles that do not understand Tech. This makes it difficult to gain their support on complex issues or moving technology forward. They don't understand why a technology that is close to 15 years old and has never been upgraded can't do things Like Automation & Self Service. As a result they are not comfortable supporting moving technology forward.
