      Pros

      - Work/Life Balance - Laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      While the over all majority of the company seems to have the pros listed there are silos within the company and projects that can be an absolute nightmare to work on. They say your pay is based on your role but often times you can find your self doing a role in a pay band lower than it should be.

      Pros

      Company have great culture doing things, training people, and get things done. It has their tech conference each year, offsite conference each dept, and study thursday for every employee. Resource managers will protect you from being abused by project manager or other higher management and each resource manager will have their offsite activities to engage their employees.

      1. Pay far below the average. It approximately pay more or less 30% less than other financial companies in the same location. 2. It has shortcomings that every big company has
