Pros

Great benefits, annual profit sharing bonus is reliable, and they do merit salary increases annually as well

Cons

I have been in non injury auto claims for about 9 years now. Nationwide just announced that they are essentially doing away with this role and we will now be handling "low level/fast track" BI claims. This is a new skill set they will be teaching us in the next few months, but I expect they will cut the reps that cant keep up.

Pros

They try to have a good culture

Cons

This is honestly the worst job I’ve ever had, you just get abused by customers all day everyday.
