Pros

Managers truly want to see you succeed, Great pay, late shift out of training, some coworkers were very high school which was pathetic because everyone is grown.

Cons

Training was okay but not everyone goes at the same pace so some training will seem repetitive.

Pros

Tons of opportunity to advance in and outside of sales roles. Competitive pay and benefits, 18-23+ days off depending on pay band and seniority. Education reimbursement and paid licenses. Bonuses based on company sales.

Cons

Some of the entry-level positions can be a bit of a grind, but the payoff is worth it. Even the toughest jobs are still confined to 40 hours a week and come with breaks and a lunch.
