Pros

Good base salary, decent bonus, still have a pension plan and 401K.

Cons

No path to promotion, same directors compete to new director positions in Technology , very network oriented company vs reward on capability and experience. They killed their DEI programs and there is not a lot or none diversity people in high roles passing the G band, you can count them with one hand for a medium to large size company.

Pros

Large organization with many opportunities to learn. Exposure to complex systems and processes. Good benefits structure typical of large corporation.

Cons

like many large organizations, processes can be slow and roles can feel siloed.
