Heavy Workload

Pros

The pros include flexibility and the option for hybrid work.

Cons

The cons include an unrealistic workload and virtually no training. Despite being a large company, there is a lack of templates to help paralegals work efficiently. The 1:1 attorney-to-paralegal model places most of the workload on the paralegals, who are severely overworked and underpaid for the tasks required. Management is either unaware or too busy to recognize when employees are overwhelmed, and they are largely disconnected from the status of files and team dynamics.
