Pros
Great work environment with pretty great pay. Plenty of opportunity all around the company, so there is a lot of room for exposure into other areas of the Insurance industry. The people are pretty down to earth, and it is a fairly well-paced work environment.
Cons
The healthcare benefits are pretty terrible, and the size of the company allows some of the lazier people to go "unnoticed" by management.
