Pros

Pay is good Work life balance is quite good Good office in a great location Interesting technical and business challenges

Cons

Management is completely incompetent when it comes to managing people, people are hired and are then simply allowed to drift w/o having feedback on their performance, appreciation for the job well done or anything else for that matter. Expect to be managed by people who know far more about keeping things afloat than decent human interaction.

Pros

Good culture, innovative products to work on, frequent opportunities to move to new areas and learn about different parts of the business

Cons

Salary is low compared to industry. There is a tendency to fill higher up positions with external hires instead of promoting from within, so difficult to move up
