Pros

Financially solid. Pension plan Comfortable physical enviornment Education reimbursement program

Cons

Currently doownsizing. Salaries on the low side, not competative. Poor health and vacation benefits plan. Benefits costs somewhat high for plans offered. High turnover. High workload. Preach work life balance but not really supported through benefits and workload. Extremely political, who you know, not how you did or what you know. Constant change, antiquated computer systems, business plan always changing, no stability.
