Professional Environment Training Opportunities Promotion Opportunities Some good lower and middle management Co-workers for the most part are professional Better than average general refresher training

Expect to pay more and more for health care every year you work at Nationwide. Expect management to try to push you out of the company if they are over staffed or they feel you are over paid. Expect to be held to the performance level of the top 5% so rest of the 95% are losers.
