Very sound company, conservative with products, strong desire to grow

Cons

Management continues to cut jobs even when economy was stabilizing. Lost a lot of great people, will take a long time to recover.

Co workers are a team and there are great opportunities to get noticed during catastophe operations. The technology used there is better than 90% of competitors.

Cons

There is no compensation for the level of work and complexity of claims that the position is responsible for. Management is slow to decide due to uncertainty of processes and causes stress in the clams process.
