Pros

This company is a great place to gain experience in the financial services industry. Great products and competitive in their space.

Cons

Distribution is lacking. Could be a larger player in the industry if they looked at their distribution model a little closer.

Pros

- very stable position, no fear of layoffs as a full-time employee (at least in my department) - laid-back, able to balance between family and job - flexible to take a couple hours here and there, as needed

Cons

- too political - career growth is no longer done by promotion.. either you move to another department for a higher position, or get out of the company - process, process, process --- to much paperwork - benefits are being cut year after year.. what's left ??
