Pros

The pay and benefits were good but not great. Better benefits at other companies, health care costs doubled every year. employees worked together.

Cons

Management not trained properly to deal with manager-employee work relationships. Secret alliance present the trained and qualified passed up for promotion while the favored less qualified received the promotions. layoffs continue. understaffed and overworked. more claims assigned then a person can handle. Not enough recognition given to employees. In the 5 years i was employed with the company the changes made it worst.

Pros

Decent Benefits. Good People. Great Team Environment where people were willing to help each other. Most of the employees were good at their jobs.

Cons

The company micromanages to the point where it is counterproductive. The performance reviews are a joke. No one ever gets exceeds, even the people who really, really deserve it.
