Pros

Opportunity to be given new exposures and grow leadership skills. There hasn't been a day where I have been bored or unchallenged. There are usually opportunities to learn new technology and skill sets.

Cons

Lot's of work...seldom an 8 hour day!!

Pros

I got to work with this company when they were first starting out, so there was a lot to do with very few employees. However I must say it was very exciting to be part of a company that grows so quick, and rewards their employees accordingly. They also provide thorough training for their employees which is awesome, you get to learn a lot.

Cons

There is no real excitement at the workplace - it's the same day in, day out. Can be very fast-paced and stressful on some days, then not much to do on others.
