Pros

Great place to grow an agency. Managers have a vested interest in your success. The Programs for new agents are aggresive and a real opportunity for individuals not afraid to work.

Cons

Nothing that you dont find elswhere. Everyone seems genuinely concerned to make changes when needed.

Pros

They do a great job in the call centers to keep the employees happy and to promote teamwork. Everyone there was really nice and seemed to really care about the people on the other end of the line. They care about the mental well being of their employees. I worked there during hurricane Katrina and they brought in first responder therapists for the CSR's.

Cons

Working in the call center is mentally taxing.
