Good work and family balance Flexible works hrs Friendly co-workers "Hands on" managers Fun activities during work hrs User friendly system Good benefits!

Cons

Career path very limited. Better pay is needed! it is very disappointing when a new hired makes more money than someone that has been with the company for several years. Balanced work load for everyone is needed. It is clear that not everyone gets the same amount of claims and if you are bi-lingual get ready to handle everything and participate in every "pilot" while being held by same standards as everyone else : (

pay great people to work with continuously learning various locations if mobile fun at times good hours good vacation time

Cons

Clicks in management affirmative action company-continually promotes minorities that are not qualified can not move up unless you move not much support for work life balance too many managers without experience most operations or chance for promotion will be in OH
