Pros

People are nice and willing to help. Benefits are good. Management is supportive. Lots of opportunity for career growth. Nationwide does of a lot of work in the community.

Cons

Its sometimes hard to find your way in a large company like Nationwide. Although for a large company, I think Nationwide does a good job of trying to make people feel like it isn't as big as it really is.

No accountabilty which results in no pressure to work hard.

Cons

Company's customer base eroding for 5th year in a row, no end in sight. No opportunity for advancement especially Hispanic.
