Pros

If you are fortunate enough to work for an experienced manager, you can expect to be treated fairly. However, once you have been there a few years there look for new blood to abuse.

Cons

Low pay and no respect for employees who have been with the company for a few years. Also, managers are a puppet on a string and unable to make decisions for themselves.

Pros

Co workers are a team and there are great opportunities to get noticed during catastophe operations. The technology used there is better than 90% of competitors.

Cons

There is no compensation for the level of work and complexity of claims that the position is responsible for. Management is slow to decide due to uncertainty of processes and causes stress in the clams process.
