      Pros

      The local office is close and the drive-in even closer. I am familiar with most people working there and all are experienced as me

      Cons

      I am not experienced in BI and property claims and most appraisers are expected to be multi line covering both and the drive-in as well

      Pros

      Employees are encouraged to continue to grow and develop skills that will help not only with their current position but with their life-long career as well. Excellent benefits with a real focus on better health for the employees and their families. Work from home opportunities and advancement opportunities are decent.

      Cons

      There is a small window when you first begin employment to show management you are truly a hard-worker and worthy of advancement opportunities. Mediocre will keep your job but stop your professional growth completely.

      It's all about who you know Too many jobs moving to Columbus, Ohio Poor bonus structure Lack of "pay for performance" Not an innovative company Best way to get more money is to leave and come back Poor leaders do not get fired, just moved around
