Pros

None come to mind.....but for those that want to relocate just to relocate go to Nationwide. They constantly pay for full relocations without any question. Many have relocated 10+ times in 10 years or less......this benefit is out of control...if they ever wanted to cut costs they should start here.

Cons

Where do I begin? The entire company needs an overhaul...many talented people have left on their own the past few years and those that remain do so because they can't go anywhere else.

Pros

Good coworkers, room for advancement but only if willing to move. Average pay, use the same matrix pay structure as most insurance companies which means you can only make average pay

Cons

Closing offices, making people work at home. Have gone overboard on cost cutting and increasing workload. On the claims side they spent more time/money on audits than training. Very little feedback received - management motto seems to be "if you can say anything bad to an employee, don't say anything at all"
