Pros

- Company car with full benefit (gas, insurance, free use) - Opportunity for lateral moves if willing to relocate - Freedom during workday

Cons

- Management does not leave - very little climbing the corporate Ladder - People leave and they do not replace them.. more work with less people - Many offices have been regionalized making relocation the only option to change postions

Pros

1.Easy work hours 2.Job security 3. you can find/make good friends easily 4. Very Good cafeteria 5. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Health insurance was good until 2009 after that it is really bad, Management is a big screw up! .. It doesn't matter what you do for them, don't expect even a single favor in return.. They very easily let talent go.. hiring process is crappy..Dont be amazed if you find people working with you who dont know anything about their job.
