Pros

Co-workers are good people and mostly good to work with

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees. Manager's indirectly asked us for 5's on engagement to avoid having to have painful meetings on how to improve engagement. They just want to look good, they have no interest in actually earning a 5.

Pros

The people are very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking them questions to clarify the duties of my job.

Cons

Many of the employees have been working at the company for a long time, so they have lost some of their motivation and drive. They seem somewhat burnt out, making it hard for younger employees to stay motivated.
