Pros

Best reasons to work at Nationwide are the people. Great coworkers! We had a quarterly team day where we were able to take the day and spend it with our team bowling, laser tag; other things like that helped build team morale.

Cons

Poor pay, heavy work load. We were told "if you have to work until 10PM every night, you will" . My objectives and goals were set using numbers that were not realistic. i was getting three times the work load that my objectives were set for. For example: new claims per month 15 when I was really getting 60.

Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. People try hard and for the most part like their jobs. Nice for a corporate environment.

Cons

Terrible amount of "politics". Too many people, especially management, that take your ideas and use them as their own. Hard work is only encouraged and rewarded by the few hard working managers there.
