Pros

On-Site Cafeteria, High Profile in Community for donations

Cons

Petty clicks exist everywhere. People are disrespectful to one another in passive-agressive ways, this permeates the compnay at all levels. Back stabbing and gossiping is rampant.

Pros

easy going culture, supportive of time off, very flexible, but I may just be lucky in my region, pretty easy workload

Cons

culture does not promote moving around, can become pigeon holed, especially in underwriting, heard it's much easier in the product and finance areas of the company

Pros

Great communication from Senior management, work and life balance, opportunity to move into different roles and help build the career.

Cons

Salary is little low compared to industry and it is hard to break the barrier to move into senior management roles.
