Pros

A somewhat relaxed approach to working and targets, unlike other banks that have very strict targets which can be unachievable

Cons

There didn't seem to be much opportunity for career progression, however, I didn't work there for very long

Pros

Decent benefits and time off. Good work campus and amities on site.

Cons

Work load is excessive and the department has been kept understaffed for months. Claim volume has been steadily increasing, but nothing has been done to ensure that work load and staffing match. No work life balance at all and company does not care about employees at all.
