Leverage large membership of employees for maximum discount on group benefits.

Not what it used to be...

Pros

Excellent field claims staff, opportunity if you are mobile,

Cons

Company has become bloated and bureaucratic and seems to have adopted the philosophy of "style over substance" in its management of employees. The drive for "diversity" appears to be leading towards targeted staffing rather than hiring the best person for the job. Lack of field leadership has created a lot of detached decision makers.
