Pros

The people that I have worked with our great. I have had a great amount of flexibilty when needing to take time off on short notice, leave early, or even work from home. For me this a tremendous value since I have a family and young children.

Cons

I would not say that there are that many cons. Probably the biggest thing I would say is pay. I have had a few different roles in my time there. They have recently made some salary adjustments in some departments because they realized that they were below the market.
