Pros

Free gym if you want to be there outside of work, nice facility, pay, benefits, no cold calling, lots of places to more around within company,

Cons

This job is nothing compared to what I was promised when I interviewed. It's still a call center folks! Lots of internal company crap and regulations. Managers are clueless as to what the employee is like as a person and only sees you as a statistic. The hours are terrible...nights and weekends. "Work" gets in the way of doing your job. The technology here is a joke and is terribly outdated. Management wants you to sell policies to people that people did not ask for quotes. They want you make a personal connection with the customer rather that just getting down to business like they called in for. Much harder to sell policies than when I started. Really stupid scheduling structure based on types of policies and statistics rather than number of policies. Heaven forbid they actually reward people that can sell. Repetitive call center job that gets old in a hurry. Kissing ass is the only way to get a promotion...not that you would want one in this department though. Training is a joke and they have no idea what the job is really like. Really disliked the way that all of your "numbers" were looked at and picked apart every month. This place is getting too big too fast and it is going to catch up with them. There is a reason they are hiring so often...this job sucks!
