Pros

Decent amount of benefits and freedom to the job.

Cons

Work takes over much of your personal time. Too many reports and numbers that have to be met that don't actually determine the customer experience. Not given the time to really give customers a good experience due to attempting to meet numbers.

Pros

Nice people, stable company, large company with plenty of opportunity to move to different parts ot the company in Columbus and nationally. Not a hard working culture - most people get by pretty easily on 40 hours per week.

Cons

A little too slow to change and modernize

Horrible stress and no consistency

Pros

The hours are flexible and there is zero supervision.

Cons

The drama created mostly by the owner is terrible. He creates conflict between the employees. He never comes to work and when he does all he cares about is his little league team that he coaches and screaming about needing more sales.
