Pros

They have good rates and offer good discounts and incentives for clients. They offer 24/7 phone access for any client needs. Rates and bundling policy discounts are good for sales.

Cons

They have very few underwriters and not all underwriters or service reps are on the same page. For an agent Nationwide is a very difficult company to work with. Expect to do most work on your own and figure out most stuff on your own. Also, they are very strict about writing business but demand you write a bunch of it. Also, no benefits offered from the company.

Pros

Good pay and nice time off

Cons

The company gives no recognition to agency employees. This is not the way the company used to be handled prior to it changing hands.
