Pros

Safe and stable at home office, low stress

Cons

Frustrating if you want to work for a winner, not willing to make changes that need to be made, no direction (better recently, but we'll see if we follow through), a lot depends on who you work for.. inconsistent HR policies, some areas are better with work life balance than others, same for promotional and developmental opportunities.

Pros

Fairness, Low Stress, Balance of Family Work Life. Nice working environment - downtown only. I do not like the Dublin offices.

Cons

The benefits are not great. Senior Mgmt doesnt listen to low level workers. Too much red tape. Too much moving around from building to building.

Pros

Diverse environment - Opportunities exist for the right person.

Cons

Big company and change takes time - new ideas are sometimes difficult to sell. Tightly coupled to both housing and auto's so a decline in those businesses has a significant impact on our business.
