Pros

Locations throughout the country and opporunities to for alternative working conditions, Great benefits package, Decent time-off, Nice outsourced support systems (EAP).

Cons

Extremely Decentralized, Disorganized, and Disregard of employee personal growth and development. Micro-managed and lack of trust for lowest employees. Stunted foresight for future of the industry, too much action at times without enough planning or preparations, other times too much talking without any action.
