Pros

Good Training Good opportunity - you can have authority over your territory and create your own plan Good Management although Senior Management is often out of touch Good opportunity for growth to higher level positions, once you have been with the Company long enough If you want to work and be left alone, you can be very happy and successful in your territory for a long, long time.

Cons

You have to pay your dues here if you want to be promoted to the home office in Columbus. Therefore it is not always about your capability, but sometime more about tenure. If you want to move up, I would suggest that you get a lot of exposure to anyone and everyone in Columbus. Watch out for the size of the territory. Some territories involve extensive travel which are not conducive to family life.

Pros

I had good benefits, decent pay, respect from immediate manager and coworkers in an open environment with respect to communication at an office that is now closed.

Cons

It's a shame they decided to close this office. There were committed, long-term employes who did their jobs extremely well.

Pros

Reasonable work hours Lots of training in your area of discipline OK physical working conditions Great place if you are a politically adept individual

Cons

Low paying compare to other local companies Horrible benefits. Most expensive I have ever had with the least amount of coverage Thankless work environment in IT Lay off the older USA citizens and keep the foreign nationals coding. Shipping a lot of jobs overseas. Tons of useless training in the "warm and fuzzy" space; on "programs" soon to be forgotten.
