      Hour flexibility most the time

      Cons

      Commission rate is poor ( ex: sold 185k over one week to bring home $1500). Have you pay your help out of pocket. 18 hr days around holidays (highly illegal but "you're *salary* so it doesn't matter?"). I was the 6th person in less than a year and I definitely saw why.
