Salaries below industry standards, no growth, no career. Customers not happy, Employees not happy.

Pros

NI gets the world's best talent who are passionate about music products but pay them unethically and below industry standard salaries.

Cons

Extremely low salaries below industry standards. No growth. Better work in other companies than waste your talent here. Racism is rampant - good people have left, what is remaining is a group of racist people who just put on a smile and do sugar coated diversity and inclusion. No effort made to actually improve the employees salaries and keep them motivated.
