Pros

The non-management team, i.e., engineering, marketing etc working at Natus are genuinely nice people.

Cons

The management has no idea what the focus should be. There are layoff session every 4 months. There are no career growth opportunities. Most managers are old school and are out of touch with modern technologies. They exercise their unlimited power to fire anyone who they do not like.
