Pros

- Teamwork: Collaborative and supportive teams that foster good - Work Environment: A generally positive atmosphere with a friendly and approachable culture.

Cons

- Compensation: The salary is below market standards, and the company offers minimal additional benefits. - Workload: Extra work often goes uncompensated, and there is no recognition for additional efforts. - Appreciation: Hard work frequently goes unnoticed and, at times, feels undervalued or dismissed. - Salary Adjustments: Due to economic challenges, salaries were not increased last year, and this year remains uncertain. Considering inflation, this effectively reduces take-home pay.

- great leadership - amazing product - great culture - good diversity - very healthy and friendly environment - flexible working options - great welcome package - great management - on-demand breaks, ping pong table, kicker, snacks, ...

Cons

- not a top-level compensation - no specific team celebrations and gatherings - too many meetings - not a great learning & training options - almost no chance for upskilling yourself more than your daily routines and tasks
