      Mind Numbing

      Pros

      Good if you are looking for a job where you can bolt out the door at your assigned departure time. No on-call rotation. Some do have interesting projects, but I never worked any.

      Cons

      I had great expectations coming into the place, but that changed very quickly (by the end of the first week!). Very boring work in a depressing environment. I have worked places where people really enjoyed the work and liked interacting with others on their team; didn't see that here.

      Pros

      Lots of PeTO. Job security. Work can be interesting. There are a lot of different careers available once you get your foot in the door. There are a lot of different options.

      Cons

      HR is continually trying to make benefits consistent with other companies so they have been reducing them (I.e. healthcare). The problem is they haven’t been increasing salary to match other companies. Consistently salaries are below other companies by $5-10K.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and fair benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely boring work. Most fun design work is contracted out to other companies. If you're looking for a place to learn a lot of new things I'd look elsewhere. The company puts a huge focus on management and little focus on engineering work done in-house.
