Pros

9/80 schedule and nothing more

Cons

Old boys club still exists. Lack of transparency. They don't promote women or others diverse races to any high level management positions unless senior management favorites you. HR is for the company only. Salaries are well below market and benefits are depleted. They lost one public lawsuit due to age discrimination how many more law suits do they have? Sadly the 60s still exist. Many young engineers go in get there master sty for two years and run. Don't bother doing this. Many many corporations are providing a lot better benefits and salary.

Pros

9/80 work schedule: work 9 hours a day, get every other Friday off Work/life balance: work stays at work Pay is good for not having to do alot of unpaid overtime. Job security

Cons

Deteriorating facilities: restrooms are frequently closed for repair, dirty and dusty cubes because of understaffed janitors, temporary "band aids" are used instead of fixing the problem, musty, barely any windows. Lots of negativity among coworkers. People dont feel like their company cares about their happiness. Diminishing employee perks. Management does not interact with employees because they go to so many meetings and aren't very social.
