Low pressure environment, did not have to work very hard to meet expectations of peers and management, Consistent schedule, High compensation for area, Access to some useful training opportunities

Cons

Low expectations lead to underperformance, No opportunity to grow as an engineer, Many coworkers are toxic-ly negative, Many union 'professionals' are incapable of the basic portions of their jobs

Great Benefits including a 9/80 schedule.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know what they are doing. The company continues to put the wrong people in the wrong positions; i.e. people without area knowledge. Upper management are not held accountable and the blame gets passed on to the wrong people.
