Pros

Potential for interesting work, which means it wasn't interesting for me.

Cons

I thought I would be interested in moving into management, but after a very short period of time it was clear to me I wasn't going to pursue that option! I've worked for several employer's, this one is very, very different. The negative vibe permeates everywhere.

Pros

Company has good health and welfare benefits along with great vacation time.

Cons

Too much micromanagement. Company policies not enforced uniformly across departments. Like anywhere else, promotion usually given to those who least deserve it. Too many meetings....
