      The first 1-3 years, yes years, can be rather boring until you find you niche.

      Pros

      Interesting and meaningful project. Great benefits and telework option (only come into office three days a week). Travel depending on your job type and overall great pay until you're capped which takes about 15 years.

      Cons

      Capped pay and difficulty of obtaining a managerial position. NMCI network! Government bureaucracy.
