      stability, good co-workers, decent pay, rural location, decent benefits, low cost of living area

      Seriously flawed processes, especially for procurement. Mind numbing levels of inefficient processes and procedures. Big time management challenges here..... Information Technology is almost completely useless due to security paranoia. Don't expect to perform real technical work.
