      great place to learn and move on- terrible upper management

      Pros

      Fantastic people to work with. Lots of really cool experiences. Some great off station opportunities. Learned so much while employed there and made some friends I will never forget. Lots of great memories. Swing shift is the best- if you get the opportunity.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Micro manage the heck out of anything. Couldn't lead their way out of a paper bag. Made for a very uncomfortable working environment and not very productive.

      Pros

      The benefits are what keep most people here. You can't get fired unless you say some sexist or racist.

      Cons

      Upper management has no understanding of production, it's nearly impossible to get fired for sucking at your job, when there's no work you just sit there, it's basically a glorified welfare program, they promote by being buddy buddy or showing cleavage, if your not in the apprenticeship, you will never advance beyond lowly worker despite your experience and performance.
