      Pros

      They give you the ability to learn something new and how to incorporate it into the job that you are currently working to your life at home.

      Cons

      Not always having the right supplies and/or getting the wrong parts to finish the job in a timely manner. Not having enough personnel needed at the time of the job.

      Good pay and benefits Paid sick and vacation days (when you can take the time)

      Cons

      Expect to work 50+ hours a week and most weekends on a regular basis. Good work does not receive any additional benefits; poor work often results in the individual being moved to a higher position. Retention of engineers is low resulting in a knowledge base that constantly has to be re-built.
