      Very slow to change and adapt new technologies in order to foster a more efficient way to do business. Too much red tape, too many redundant processes , too few willing to people making decisions .

      A lot of people who generally care about doing the right thing who are constantly doing menial tasks way below their paygrade, usually in support of data calls for people who don't understand what they're looking at in the first place.

      Cons

      Constant rotation of leadership puts people in senior level positions who don't understand the jobs or processes of the people that work for them.
