      Pros

      You get paid well for the amount of work you do. It's also not very difficult work once you learn all the programs. I like the individuals in my code, everyone I've worked with have been nice.

      Cons

      Unorganized, lots of "training" that doesn't actually help you do your job. Not enough experienced people to train new people. Easy to get lost amongst the numbers if you're not the outgoing type. I've gone through 3 supervisors and 2 temporary supervisors in the 10 years I've been here. It's been about 5 years since I asked how to go about getting the next promotion and been led in different directions so many times and am no closer now than when I asked 5 years ago.

      Some of the older team members especially ones that retired from the Navy have the mentality of “Never Again Volunteer Yourself “ aka NAVY. If you’re motivated you will shine.
